Had an awesome time here, rated my 1-night stay a solid 10/10! the location of this place was spot on, super close to the charming old town. Plus, it was convenient being near both supermarkets and the seaside 🌊.

The location was exceptionally nice: a bakery and supermarkets were within walking distance👍

Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

i would say it's wonderful base for staying and exploring graz. the location of the hotel is particularly good, next to restaurants, the seaside, and the pizzeria. plus, it is set 4 km from alpha das card casino. every time in graz, i choose this place.

The hotel rooms were modern and compact, equipped with good WiFi, a sofa bed, and a kitchen. the staff were friendly, and the location was exceptionally convenient. It was easy to walk to a bakery and a supermarket nearby.

The place is deluxe, the staff are helpful and nice.

The rooms are reasonably large and well-designed and include a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. We would not hesitate to return there as the location was lovely👍

Superior hotel, nice staff, EXCEPTIONALLY NICE location very near to the old town. Location near the seaside, restaurants and supermarkets, and supermarkets. Next door to Magna Steyr and other tourist attractions.

Wonderful base for traveling to Graz and exploring local places. Great staff throughout. - Very clean bed in superior apartment with central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making facilities. - A lot of goodies for breakfast. - Perfect and lovely location very near to the old town.

The staff was friendly and supportive, the apartment had a good size and included a kitchen, located conveniently close to a motorway, making it a great option for a quick stay.

Spacious and well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area: The kitchenette in our unit was fantastic! It had all the necessary amenities and utensils, making it easy for us to prepare our meals. It felt like having our own mini-restaurant right in the apartment.

Problem with sink drainage: Unfortunately, there was a minor issue with the sink in the kitchen and bathroom. The water didn't drain properly, causing inconvenience during our stay.

The room was very clean and spacious, with modern and stylish furniture. the comfortable bed and quality cotton bedding made for a great night's sleep. the fully equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise, and the clean toilet with a wide shower booth was a nice touch. Another advantage was the free parking lot, which was very convenient. the location, just 15 minutes away from the city center by car, was also a key factor in our choice.

On the negative side, there was no door between the living room and bedroom, which could be a bit inconvenient for some people. the apartment had a bit of an austere feel and lacked some warmth.

Free WiFi and private parking - what a luxury! The kitchenette was a lifesaver, and the seating area was perfect for my afternoon tea parties. Plus, so close to Stadthalle Graz, just a hop, skip, and a jump away!

Who needs a microwave, fridge, and stovetop in an apartment? Pff, total waste of space!

The room had a comfy sofa bed, and the hotel's location was great, with Bauernmarkt Liebenau just a short walk away.

Clean, modern, spacious, easy check-in, convenient location, ample parking space.

Such a shame I couldn't sleep with the windows open due to the lovely sounds of a busy road.
